The Maasai Mara is Kenya's most iconic wilderness — rolling grassland stretching to the horizon, resident lion prides, and (July–October) the thunder of over a million wildebeest and zebra crossing the Mara River. For corporate groups, the Mara offers a rare combination: genuine remoteness paired with lodges and camps built for comfortable, well-catered team retreats. Days can be structured around game drives, guided bush walks, and Maasai cultural encounters, with evenings free for strategy sessions around the fire.
Day 1
Fly-in or road transfer from Nairobi, camp check-in, afternoon game drive, evening briefing and welcome dinner.
Day 2
Early morning and late afternoon game drives; midday reserved for leadership workshop under a shade canopy at camp.
Day 3
Morning Maasai village visit and closing team session, followed by transfer/flight back to Nairobi.
